This page calls /api/health, which actually queries the database, reads from
storage and pings the billing API. A green light here means those three things answered.

How monitoring works
A scheduled job pings /api/health every ten minutes. Two consecutive failures open an issue
and send an email. Server errors are written to a database table with a fingerprint, and the first occurrence
of a new error type emails us immediately - so an error nobody has seen before gets attention before anyone
has to report it.
If something is broken and this page says it is fine, tell us. That gap is itself a bug.
